Fast FAQ
At Display Products we will endeavour to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible, although in busy periods or around Bank holidays there may be a slight delay. If you require a parcel for a particular event or show we recommend selecting our Fast or Timed Delivery options to ensure a faster dispatch and upgraded courier service.
Taking Receipt
If no one is available to accept your parcel at the time of delivery our couriers will leave a calling card and may attempt delivery to a neighbour. Your calling card will have instructions on how to collect your parcel or on how you can arrange redelivery.
Standard Delivery
99% of our Standard Delivery parcels arrive within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). In busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery time can go outside of this aim, so please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery option.
Fast Delivery
Parcels on our Fast Delivery service are scheduled to be delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process all orders on the day of checkout, where funds have been received prior to 1.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 12pm on Fridays. Dispatch aims are subject to stock availability and busy periods. If a next day or timed delivery is urgent we urge customers to contact our sales team prior to placing an order to ensure there are no foreseen delays in dispatch.
Please note that Next Day by Noon, 10.30am and 9am deliveries aim to be delivered on a next working day timed service, for example if ordering on a Friday your parcel will arrive on Monday. To order deliveries for Saturday please select the Saturday delivery option on checkout.
In the event that an order becomes delayed we aim to contact our customers where possible, therefore please leave a phone number on checkout.

Cancellations
Purchased stock products can be cancelled within 7 days from receipt of delivery by informing us in writing of your intent to cancel within the 7 day period. Purchases of bespoke / custom manufactured products, services or printed media can not be cancelled or returned due to their nature, without our written concent.
Returns
Products from orders which are cancelled must be returned within 7 days from cancellation. Once the products have been returned to us a full refund will be issued.
Replacements
Replacement products or a refund will be issued in the event a customer receives incorrect products or if the products have been received damaged. In either situation we must be notified in writing within 7 days from receipt of your products. We may ask to receive a photograph of the damaged products or non conforming products to use for internal improvements, training or compensation claims before issuing replacements or a refund. Replacements for goods lost in transit will be re-sent or refunded should we be notified in writing within 14 days from the day we dispatched your parcel.

30 day accounts are provided to Government bodies, Local Authorities and Public Services. Other 30 day accounts are available on application.
Goods are dispatched after payment has been made. We have multiple payment options on our website BASC, CHAPS, PayPal, Google Checkout, Master Card, Visa, Cheque and Postal Order. Alternatively you may call to make payment by phone. VAT is applied where applicable to products and services at checkout.
You have the option to create a customer account during the checkout process. Your login information will be emailed to you. After loging into our website you may change your address, delivery address, contactdetails and also view, print invoices and see order dispatch and tracking information.
